About Jagger Construction Services Ltd
Joe Jagger founded J Jagger & Sons in 1947, since then the company has gone from strength to strength.
In its early days the company was involved in the ever present M62 and from this point on J Jagger and Sons has progressed by gaining various contracts with Local Authorities such as Kirklees, Calderdale and Bradford, while also expanding in the private sector. As well as working for the local authorities Jagger Construction Services Ltd also carry out work for national Blue Chip Companies.
Due to our current rate of expansion we have felt it necessary to divide the company into its relevant sectors. The Jagger Group now includes Jagger Construction Services Ltd and Jagger Excavation & Plant Hire Ltd. These two companies now work hand in hand to provide a professional service.
Emergency Support Work
Jagger Construction Services Ltd also offer emergency call out work for any and all problems. Most recently in the floods of 2014/2015 we have been called out at short notice out of hours to help divert water from properties.
With our specialist confined space teams and drainage tankers we really are able to offer a competitive solution to all types of problems. Through partnerships with local suppliers and using the Early Contractor involvement schemes, we have worked on various prestigious areas which propelled Jagger Construction Services Ltd to the forefront of Heritage work in our area.
Doing Our Bit
Jagger Construction Services Ltd recognise that landfill at a premium and with the earth's resources depleting there is a greater need for the recycling of construction waste.
At our recycling facility, located at Wood top Quarry, Boothtown, we use screens and crushers to transform the waste material into quality, secondary aggregates. These materials are routinely sampled to ensure conformity.
Waste hard-core materials are accepted from trade or private customers and can be brought to the recycling facility in any size of vehicle. Alternatively we can provide a collection service.
